Arran Cheese Shop

The Cheese Shop sits on the footprint of what was the original dairy for the ‘Home Farm’ which supplied the Dukes and Duchesses of Brodick Castle for several centuries.

Cornish Cheese Co

Artisan handmade cheese, produced from milk supplied by the Stansfield’s family farm on the edge of Bodmin Moor near Liskeard in Cornwall. They’re also the producers of the delicious Cornish Blue and Cornish Nanny.

Fen Farm Dairy

Producers of the raw milk, Brie-style cheese, Baron Bigod – as well as cultured butter. Currently selling whole wheels of cheese, pre-cut for freezing.

Godminster

Produced in their sustainably-run farm in Bruton, Somerset – Godminster makes award-winning organic cheddar cheese, wrapped carefully in their signature wax casing.

Lincolnshire Poacher Cheese

Lincolnshire Poacher Cheese is committed to producing the very best cheese (with a little help from our 230 Holstein Fresian Cows), using their own fresh unpasteurised milk and traditional methods.

Lyburn Farm Cheese

Lyburn farm makes a variety of different hand made cheeses, all of which are made from their own cow’s milk. Although they are pressed, these artisan cheeses are not that close to cheddar cheese. They are, in general, a softer and a more continental type of cheese, with the exception of Old Winchester.

Lynher Dairies

Lynher make their award-winning cheeses in open vats, using full-fat milk from their own carefully selected Cornish farms. Every single truckle of Yarg, Kern and Stithians comes from their small rural dairy near Truro.

Quickes

Quickes make traditional clothbound Cheddar on their farm in Devon, as well as Goat’s Milk, Smoked and Elderflower varieties.

Sharpham Cheese

Founded in the historical Sharpham House, Devon in 1981 – Sharpham use traditional methods to make their popular cheeses, using rich milk from their Jersey cattle and vegetarian rennet.

Thornby Moor Dairy

Run by Carolyn and Leonie Fairbairn, Thornby Moor Dairy is located at the heart of the Solway Plain, looking out over the Northern Fells of the Lake District. The dairy is housed within the outbuildings of the old Crofton Hall Estate near Thursby, eight miles west of Carlisle.

Two Hoots Cheese

One of the UK’s most respected cheesemakers – Two Cheese produces the acclaimed ‘Barkham Blue’, one of the best blue cheeses in the country.

Village Maid Cheese

Founded by Anne Wigmore in 1986 after she had been working for the National Institute for Research in Dairying in Shinfield for 10 years. The company now produces four award-winning cheeses.

Westcombe Dairy

Westcombe are a small artisan dairy in east Somerset making traditional Cheddar and other West Country cheeses using unpasteurised milk from their own cows. Their traditional cheeses include the multi-award-winning Westcombe Unpasteurised Cheddar, Duckett’s Aged Caerphilly and Somerset Ricotta.
